More than thirty two years of Professional Experience in the field of Research and Development, Administration, Education, etc. During service period the candidate has successfully completed a large number of Project Works (~16 in numbers) and developed / organized a large number of laboratory facilities within the Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission. He has also presented a large number of scientific presentations (~40 in numbers) at home and abroad and thereby developed his presentation skills. He has been supervising students of different universities for Ph. D., M. D., M. Phil and M. Sc degrees in the field of Chemistry, Food and Nutrition, Medicine, Agriculture, Environmental Science, Botany, Zoology, Soil Science, Water Chemistry, Clinical Chemistry, etc. He was an Adjunct Professor for M. Phil. Course at National Institute of Nuclear Medicine & Allied Sciences (NINMAS), BSMMU, Dhaka and Training Institute of BAEC. The incumbent was a reviewer of the J. of Chem. Soc., and J. of Nucl. Sc. and Applications. The incumbent has a good number (~32 in numbers) of research publications in different international and national recognized and referred journals. He has also about 20 published Technical Reports.The incumbent has Administrative Experience about 2.0 years as Member, Physical Science of BAEC, about 2.0 years as Director of Atomic Energy Centre, Dhaka (AECD) and about 3.0 years as Head of Chemistry Division, AECD. He has more than 12 years experience on different types of project management such as TC, CRP, RCA, MOSICT, Bi-lateral, etc as a Project Director / Project Coordinator. The incumbent has received many specialized training and fellowship from home and abroad during his service period and developed his Academic Knowledge and Skills. The incumbent has experience on the organization of international and national symposium, workshop, training courses, conferences, seminars, etc.
