He has edited ten (10) WABAMP professional study texts and he is a professional Council Member of World Association for Business Administration and Management Professionals WABAMP.

At Monad University, new and innovative ideas were introduced in teaching and learning in Higher Education. Study material of several courses was prepared and edited.

At Cavendish University, Zambia, a number of initiatives were taken for teaching and learning. Short term programmes were also launched. Published one book and number of research papers on higher education.

At IGNOU, a certificate programme named CETM was developed. 15 short term and non credit programmes were also developed and launched. About 40000 students were trained in these short term programmes.From IGNOU, I was invited by the University of Namibia for two workshops:1. Physics Department, University of Namibia, Windhoek, Namibia for International Workshop on Renewable Energy and Its applications for Rural Development during June 14-23, 2002.2.Physics Department, University of Namibia, Windhoek, Namibia for International Workshop/Conference on Optics and Laser Applications during August 11-14, 2003.

AT CESR, I did work on renewable energy, energy audit and conservation. I conducted energy audit of several industries, published several research papers, completed one research project funded by MNRE, Govt. of India, and conducted rural energy survey of more than 400 villages in the state of M.P.

At IIT Delhi, I worked on Optical Fibers and New and Renewable Energy Sources. Published one book and several research papers. Guided three students for their Ph.D Degree.
