I am a professor of business administration with a focus on transformation & management. After completing my doctorate at the FU Berlin, I was initially marketing manager at KUKA, one of the world's leading manufacturers of industrial robots. In April 2001, I received my first appointment at Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences, where I held the position of Dean of Studies until I moved to Albstadt-Sigmaringen University in 2004. After a further change of university, I have been teaching at the Nürtingen Geislingen University(HfWU) since 2011. Since 2016, I have been head of the new Master's programme "Organisational Design" as Dean of Studies (https://www.hfwu.de/studium/studienangebot/organisationsdesign/). Since March 2020 I have been head of the part-time MBA program Transformation & Management (www.mba-transformation.de)In addition to my professorship, I have also been working as a strategy consultant and organizational developer since 2001. As Co-Founder and Chief Scientist of the Institute for Value-Centred Management (www.iwm.biz), I support companies in strategy and transformation projects as well as - with the IWM Academy - in continuing education.
