I am a Commerce and Management Academician with more than 33 years of experience including more than13 years intensive experience as Professor in Jiwaji University. I am actively involved in Teaching and Research, Administration and other Academic Activities. I have been associated with UGC and other academic bodies for Major Research Project, NET Workshops and as Observer in NET/CTET/JEE. Additionally, I have been Member of various Selection Committees of Central and State Universities, Member of SLET Committee of various States, Member of State Service Commission of Higher Education and Member & Coordinator of NAAC Peer Team adhering standards of Higher Education. I have 150 research papers published in journals of National and International repute listed in SCOPUS and UGC CARE, 18 Books published by renowned publishers. Moreover, 45 Thesis at the Doctorate level and 31 Dissertations at the M.Phil. level have been supervised by me. I have presented more than 67 Research Papers in multiple conferences at National and International level. I have received Best Research Paper awards and other awards for outstanding achievements in the field of Commerce and Management. I have visited 48 Indian Universities, Central and State Commission for assessment and as an external expert/examiner for evaluation. I have administrative experience as Dean, Faculty of Commerce (twice), Head of the Department (twice), Chairman Board of Studies, Member of Executive Council, Chairman of various University Committees, Member of Academic Council, Planning Evaluation Board, Standing Committee etc.
