From 2003-2008, the A-level English ban in Bangladesh deprived my students. Witnessing one rejected from Harvard spurred me. Overcoming hurdles, I convinced Pearson in 2009. My supervision yielded world-record marks in 2016.In the early 2000s, troubled by poor O-Level English results, I devised a unique solution, swiftly transforming students like Monika and Ananya from 'U' to 'A*'. Others, including Mithu, Muffin, Foysal, and Adnan, excelled against challenges.Amid high exam fees, underprivileged students sought affordable private registration, needing recommendation letters. Teachers often demanded money; I provided hundreds free, offering crucial relief.In 2008, I founded a Pearson school with five students. Through innovative marketing and effective teaching, results soared for 300 students by 2010, cutting costs by almost 50%.Responding to Dhaka University students' challenges, I launched an on-campus Graduate Preparatory Program with affordable classes. Numerous excelled, securing BCS positions, and scholarships.Some students at DU, BUET, DMC, NSU, etc. faced severe financial crises. Pioneering a part-time teaching project, I empowered them to balance education, earn, and support families, fostering their learning journey.With extra support, many handicapped and autistic students, once uncertain about high school completion, triumphed, graduating from prestigious universities globally.At eight, troubled by mosquito-borne diseases, I rallied neighborhood children. Together, we cleaned up, earning acclaim for creating a healthier community.In 1990, with three friends, I founded Munshigonj's first coaching center, granting underprivileged children access to quality education. Many excelled, entering good schools and acing high school final exams.In 1985, an 8th grader, I defied odds joining the school debate team for the National Competition. I became the district's best orator, captain, and unprecedented Manager the next year, leading to victory in Dhaka.In 2008, my O-Level students were unaware that I emerged as the Man of the Match, securing a hat-trick in the first three balls of the final over.In 2015, visiting the ancient city in Comilla, students were thrilled receiving Rasmalai packets, sparking overwhelming joy as they shared with their families.In 2009, I joined the Bangla Marathon with Naushad and Harmine in Cox's Bazar. Despite the challenge, my inspiration fueled resilience, fostering a shared triumph.Transforming challenges into opportunities, growth and achievements through education, resilience, and shared triumphs.
