Presently, I am working as a Founder Director and CEO of iEdui - MM Industrial Education India Pvt Ltd (Skill Building and Outsourcing),committed towards minimizing a gap between Academia and Industry through Skill building in order to inculcate employability among the Engineering and Management fresh graduates. Prior turning into Edu – Entrepreneur, I have served as a Professor and Director –(Corporate Resource Centre) CRC in G.L.Bajaj Institute of Management & Research, Greater Noida and New Delhi Institute of Management ( NDIM) Delhi.Having more than 06 years of teaching & 15 years of high notch corporate experience ranging from General Manager to Vice President HR.I have also been a member of organizations like CII, AIMA,ASSOCHAM, and NHRD Delhi chapter and associated with CMAI, FISME as well.I have been a nominated member of the CII Western U.P Panel on Education and training (2009-2010) and been honored by AIMA as being the member of Jury for the written Paper Evaluation round of all regions of 6th NCMS(National Competition for Management Students) 2009.I have credited the publication of many articles on Motivation, Time Management; Team building, Conflict management, Corporate Strategy and Cultural Competency.I hold an MBA degree specialized in Human resource and Organization Behavior and also having PGDPMLW (Post Graduate Diploma In Personnel management and Labour welfare).
