My responsibilities include; develop program and courses specifications, review the curriculum, review the curriculum matrix, propose initiatives to achieve the program mission and strategic goals as well as prepare, organize and conduct hands on workshops to develop the faculty members.

As associate professor at King Saud University, I am involved in teaching, research and community services activities.

As Director To The College Quality And Development Unit And Member of College Quality And Academic Accreditation Council, I do the following  * Participate in developing the college strategic goals and objectives and follow their implementation. * Participate in developing college plan that is aligned with accreditation and strategic goals.  * Design, implement, and monitor yearly action plan of the unit.  * Use the statistical soft program (SPSS) to analyze the action plan outcomes and key performance indicators. * Report regularly to the college vice dean for quality and development.  * Detect challenges and provide suggestions, recommendations and remedy actions. * Monitor, guide and facilitate the college's 6 departments regarding their activities toward accreditation from the Saudi National Commission of Academic Accreditation and Assessment. * Provide the college's 6 departments with required quality related consultations through internal and external quality consultants.  * Collect and analyze internal and external data through surveys, interviews, brainstorming and focus group meetings including all stakeholders as students, alumni, staff, employers, patients, and others.  * Monitor the college climate and environment and participate in their improvement. Responsible for preparation and provision of college periodical ad hoc reports when required by internal or external sources.  * Help the academic staff new comers and facilitate their engagement in the college family.  * Organize and/or conduct quality- related workshops to the students, academic and administrative staff. * Prepare for ISO implementation. * Design and implement awareness campaign to increase the culture of quality and promote for development. * Invest the college human resources for the benefit of quality and improvement.  * Submit and/ or adopt initiatives for improvement of academic and administrative performances.

Participated as lecturer in teaching theoretical, practical, and clinical courses. I represented the department of physical therapy in the college curriculum committee and I proposed for curriculum development plan. I was the principle organizer for many of the department activities. Example is the physical therapy day which was a University level event in which the visitors of the event received free physical therapy consultation, assessment, and treatment.

I was responsible for teaching practical and theoretical physical therapy courses. I was engaged in administrative duties as head of the college time table committee and member in the college examination committee.
