Presently working as Professor,Dept.of Zoology and Aquaculture, Acharya Nagarjuna University. Administrtive positions held in the past as Director, Centre for Distance Education, Acharya Nagarjuna University, HoD, Dept. of Zoology & Aquaculture, Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur. Possess 16 years of Teaching and 20 years of Research experience in the filed of Fisheries Science, Aquaculture, Mari culture, Inland Aquaculture, Aquaculture Feeds/Nutrition, HACCP, Food Safety Quality Assurance, Fisheries Extension and allied areas of Fisheries Science. Produced 7 Ph.D's & 1 M.Phil Degrees under my research guidance till date. At present 5 Ph.D scholars are preparing for their thesis submission and 8 Ph.D scholars are pursuing research. Published research papers in reputed journals and participated/presented papers in your Conferences/Seminars/Symposia/ Workshops. Received State Best NSS Programme Coordinator for the year 2013-14 b by the State Govt. of Andhra Pradesh. Received several other awards including prestigious Guinness World Record certificate for the organization of Largest Barefoot Walk on 12.12.2012.
