Currently, I am working as a Consultant at Education Evaluation Commission (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). In 2002, I got my Ph.D in School of Education, University of Birmingham, UK (1998-2002), in Educational Psychology (with emphasis on Gifted Education). Between 2005-2018, I had worked as Consultant of Gifted Education at King Abdulaziz and his Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Within the last five years, I have published many papers on refereed journals and got four research awards including: 1. The award of The Best Scientific Product presented for the promotion to the degree of associate professor of educational psychology – Rewarded from the Egyptian Association of Psychological Studies, Cairo, Feb 2009.2. Hamdan bin Rashed Award of the Best Applied Educational Research in the Arab World, Rewarded from Hamdan Award Committee Emirates, April 2009.3. The award of Best Research presented at the Egyptian Association of Psychological Studies, Cairo.
