I am a global macroeconomist whose writing, research, advisory work and speaking focuses on ensuring that individuals, governments and organisations respond to the reality of a new Longevity Imperative. That is the urgency of making our now longer lives healthy, productive, engaged, and purposeful for longer.An award-winning researcher, writer, teacher and speaker, I am currently Director of Economics at the Ellison Institute of Technology in Oxford and a Professor of Economics at London Business School, having previously held positions at Oxford, Harvard, and the London School of Economics.
