I currently work for Comet Technologies Canada Inc, managing sales activities of Dragonfly software and related products in Europe, Middle East, Africa and India. Dragonfly is an image processing and analysis software with deep learning tools suited to scientific and industrial imaging applications including microCT / X-ray tomography. We support research with free non-commercial licenses of Dragonfly software in EMEAI.As researcher I am affiliated with Stellenbosch University Physics Department and Nelson Mandela University Mechanical Engineering Department. I am a member of the South African Academy of Science, the African Academy of Sciences and serve on the board of the International Association for Computed Tomography (IntACT).
