I am a committed professional, in the area of people management. A first-class MBA (HR) and UGC-NET Qualified, I have doctorate degree in management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. I have a rich experience of 11+ yrs. in the areas of OB-HR, Entrepreneurship and Communications both in corporate & academic and have impacted 5000+ learners. Indulged into academic research, I have published in reputed refereed national and international journals (ABDC/ABS listed, SCOPUS, WOS) and conference proceedings. Have authored teaching cases and also a contributor to publications, like, Forbes India and People Matters. Have successfully completed consultation projects with corporate like Wolters Kluwer. My current areas of research include HRM Issues, Technology and Sustainability, Emotional Intelligence, Entrepreneurship and Education.Besides, I am also an executive coach and a start-up mentor.I am an Editorial Board member for Journal of Management and Organization and Asian Journal of Interdisciplinary Research and a recognized reviewer for reputed international journals, like International Journal of Education and Development Using ICT.
