I began my career as a Customer Service Agent, specializing in credit cards, and dedicated two years to mastering product knowledge and procedures. My commitment to growth led me to seek additional training, becoming a Bank Specialist for another year while continuing to handle credit card inquiries. With diligence, I became a seasoned customer service agent and was chosen to manage affluent and VIP clients for both credit cards and bank services.Collaborating across various departments within the organization, I've ensured a seamless customer service experience. My daily responsibilities include:- Resolving 30-40 daily inbound calls, addressing general bank inquiries, service requests, and problem-solving.- Initiating outbound calls for rectifications and follow-ups on assigned cases.- Managing email correspondence, handling inquiries, service requests, and follow-ups.- Conducting digital banking walkthroughs, identifying and escalating issues.- Generating referrals for eligible sales opportunities.- Identifying and reporting dispute and fraud cases.- Assisting with administrative tasks like fee waiver requests, dispute case management, and team performance reporting, as assigned by supervisors.
