In this role I act as an audit SME for a key FedRAMP moderate authorization project for our flagship product which generates > $100M annually - to retain and grow strategic state and federal agency customers.I also act as a departmental InfoSec POC for customer questions/calls, incident response, and SME for tech and engineering teams (approximately 500 people).I am a SME for internal, customer, SOC 2, and ISO audits and risk assessments and oversee prioritization and remediation of all audit findings. This includes drafting, reviewing and revising InfoSec policies and procedures, particularly in relation to the FedRAMP project.

In this role I was a departmental InfoSec POC for customer questions/calls, incident response, and SME for tech and engineering teams (approximately 500 people).I implemented processes to streamline customer questionnaire completion, drove turnarounds from unpredictable/weeks to under 3 days in most cases.I Led shift-left initiatives to inject static and dependency code analysis into dev/deploy pipelines, and internal and 3rd party penetration testing.I was a SME for internal, customer, SOC 2, and ISO audits and risk assessments and oversaw prioritization and remediation of all audit findings. This included drafting, reviewing and revising InfoSec policies and procedures as needed.

I Led business continuity / disaster recovery initiative through conception, planning and testing.I developed and implemented coding standards, policies and practices for software engineering teams and evaluated and recommended emerging and existing technologies including key security technologies.I worked with the senior product manager to lead in the adoption of Scrum, and contributed to the development and implementation of technical support and QA testing strategies.I contributed to two patent applications for an electronic bill of lading and for electronic trade documents bearing multiple digital signatures.
