Tubular Heaters:The tubular Heaters Line transfer project, my roll in this project was to land all processes coming to Queretaro's facility form our parent plant in Hannibal, MO, It requires de translation of manuals, application of standards, review and processes enhancement, training for operators lead operators and support team, on processes and production tools and manuals. Supplier development, new process development.Line Heaters The Line Heaters transfer project, my roll in this project is to support all areas on several tasks among the completion of the projects, this project needs recurrent visits to our father plant on Columbia, MO in which I get training on the process and interactions with different departments on the USA.

Managing and supervising a highly skilled team of engineers and technitians who develop solutions for local companies who seek advice on the Composite Materials field (Repair, R&D, Manufacturing). The solutions provided include but are not limited to new product introduction, product development, manufacturing debugging, the plant set up, troubleshooting existing installations, training staff, among others.

• Plan, design and conduct research projects according to established scientific methods, principles and theories to solve problems and improve or generate new products, components, equipment, systems and processes. • Devise research methods, setup laboratory test equipment, build models and prototypes, calculate and analyze test results and prepare detailed reports with recommendations and conclusions. • Estimate the costs, resources and time required to conduct a research project and monitor performance to ensure these targets are met. • Prepare calculations, specifications and other technical documentation so that prototype designs can be manufactured and assembled. • Develop and maintain technical expertise on advances and innovations in research and science.
