About Professor Eileen Mcauliffe Phd

I am Pro Vice Chancellor Executive Dean of the Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences at Birmingham City University. I am responsible for strategy, planning, people, finance and most importantly a student body of c.10,000 students. I am delighted to lead a vibrant, entrepreneurial Business School with teaching excellence recognised at the highest level.I am proud to be leading Birmingham City Business School through the prestigious high profile accreditations specifically, AACSB, EFMD and CABS Small Business Charter. I continue to lead a number of high profile, cross University projects.My PhD is in Behavioural Economics, with a specific focus on taxation. I have research interests in international tax planning, transfer pricing, taxpayer behaviour, tax evasion and educational research in tax. My background in oil taxation has led to a number of research projects relating to the oil industry.
