I perform good commercial practice task, humane handling, post chill, pre chill test and Pre op. I document non compliances when I observe bad manufacturing practices, bad hygienic practices and insanitary conditions. I review records, HACCP plans to verify everything is in compliance according to 9CFR My job as a consumer safety inspector allows me to verify food safety and animal welfare everyday.Assist with Emergency Management Operations.
