Onboarding Redesigned and iterated on user-flows from new user onboarding through “getting started” and into “next steps.”- Improved completion rate with an average of 65.6% through iteration. Including Google Lookup, refined goals that dug into integrations, and personalized placeholder campaigns- Placed actionable steps on the dashboard for new users to get started within the product - Utilized user-content and previous actions to deliver next steps. This included; new feature adoption through user-generated content, helpful hints and actionable steps to take for a wide range of user goals.Global Navigation- Tackled the ever-growing design debt of continuous years of adding to the top navigation. Kickstarted a grass root effort to address the IA- Took card/tree sorts and group brainstorming into prototype and test- Placed all things created into campaigns, offered a way to create globally based on new/tenured, and placed all things “you” into profile (library, integrations, account, etc.,)Universal Search- Designed a way for users to search their campaigns, contacts, and find articles to help with their marketing efforts or navigate featuresAll Campaigns Page - Took recommendations from “Voice of the Customer” as well as researched and tested a new, easier-to-use list page for all campaigns- Create a walk-through feature for tenured users who were seeing a new experience for the first timeCampaign Calendar- Designed a way for users to share their calendar with third party calendar apps. Saw a 66% success rate within the first month of release.- Designed a way for users to visualize the cadence of their marketing efforts, upcoming holidays, and the ability to filter campaign types - Designed Placeholder campaigns for new users to easily get a jump-start on their needs / goals
