I take these individuals who are not so accomplished and those at the next level of personal and professional success.I have focused on training and management development since beginning my consulting career over 30 years ago. I was attracted to the automotive dealership service and parts industry because I have worked in dealerships. I share the knowledge and ideas I have learned with others, particularly with best practices. Since then, I have refined my training and facilitation skills while developing and delivering fixed operation classes for dealerships of major automobile manufacturers across the U.S.Passion number two has been customer service and their experience. That began over 30 years ago with the traveling I am doing. You know the success of any auto dealership is the quality of customer service and customer experience. Unfortunately, many auto dealerships profess but do not know how to train their employees; that is where I come in.
