As the co-founder of Adopets, I had the unique privilege of spearheading the development of groundbreaking technology that empowered over 200k+ families to welcome a new furry member into their lives. Leading the charge in revolutionizing the global animal adoption landscape, our platform was designed to enhance and simplify the adoption process. The objective was to rebuild the platform from scratch, which was a challenging experience, mainly because of having to keep the system online after publications on the Globo Esporte website redirected to the Megafoto website, receiving millions of hits.The system was aimed at significant events, with a professional camera and a high-quality and performance lens. All people at the event are photographed, reaching up to 500 photographs that were later stitched together, making it possible to navigate.I made the whole system myself, going through the backend, frontend, and infra.
