Following the successful acquisition of Adopets, I embarked on a new journey at Pet Loyalty, where I assumed the role of leading the Innovation Laboratory. Leveraging the invaluable experience gained at Adopets, my focus has been on redefining and reconstructing the entire integration system between shelters and adopters. Committed to implementing best practices and bringing innovation, our collaborative efforts with PetSmart have seen the fruition of a system now deployed across 1600+ stores in the United States and Canada.Our cutting-edge system, born from the synergy of Pet Loyalty and PetSmart, facilitates the seamless processing of over 400,000 adoptions annually. As a testament to our global vision, the new system faces the challenge of efficiently serving our clients in key countries, including the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. It's an exhilarating endeavor as we work towards creating a positive impact on a global scale, ensuring that pets find loving homes while fostering a sense of loyalty among pet adopters.

As the co-founder of Adopets, I had the unique privilege of spearheading the development of groundbreaking technology that empowered over 200k+ families to welcome a new furry member into their lives. Leading the charge in revolutionizing the global animal adoption landscape, our platform was designed to enhance and simplify the adoption process. Through the strategic integration of cutting-edge technologies, we not only transformed how individuals make decisions during the adoption journey but also set a new standard for the entire industry. It was a fulfilling experience to contribute to the welfare of countless animals and bring joy to families worldwide through our commitment to innovation and social responsibility.

The objective was to rebuild the platform from scratch, which was a challenging experience, mainly because of having to keep the system online after publications on the Globo Esporte website redirected to the Megafoto website, receiving millions of hits.The system was aimed at significant events, with a professional camera and a high-quality and performance lens. All people at the event are photographed, reaching up to 500 photographs that were later stitched together, making it possible to navigate.I made the whole system myself, going through the backend, frontend, and infra.

The project consisted of an event management system. It was the first contact in the construction of a payment system.

A radio for stores to connect brands to customers through music curated by renowned DJs in Brazil. The store has a tablet to control the music from the playlist, which a DJ updates on a web-based system.

My primary responsibility was to keep and build the company's institutional websites.

For the first time, I had the opportunity to build a system from scratch, Frontend, Backend, and Database. Even without the experience and necessary support, the system becomes at the end stage of the build. The idea of the project was to collect and show crime occurrences in the city using Google Maps.
