CurrentMonitor Renewal Pipeline: Track upcoming contract renewals in Salesforce, ensuring all opportunities are properly updated and follow the renewal process.Customer Outreach: Reach out to customers ahead of renewal dates to discuss contract terms, usage, and any potential changes needed for the upcoming contract period.Renewal Forecasting: Provide regular forecasts on renewal rates, flagging potential churn risks or upsell opportunities based on customer data in Salesforce.Data Analysis: Analyze customer usage data, satisfaction scores, and product adoption trends in Salesforce to identify customers at risk or ripe for upgrades.Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure the smooth handling of contract renewals, providing necessary customer insights.Customer Feedback and Support: Collect and address customer feedback to improve satisfaction and inform future contract negotiations, working closely with customer support and product teams.Contract Management: Ensure all contracts and agreements are accurately maintained and updated in Salesforce, aligning with customer preferences and legal compliance.Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify and pursue upsell or cross-sell opportunities during the contract renewal discussions based on customer needs.Automate Renewal Processes: Use Salesforce automation features to streamline the renewal process, such as sending automated reminders or generating renewal quotes.Reporting and Documentation: Generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce to track the progress of renewals, key metrics, and other relevant KPIs.
