I am working as Control Engineer in one of esteemed organization Wapda Pakistan for past 15 years. Currently i am posted at 1450MW Hydro Electric Power Station Ghazi Barotha. To carry out daily/routine maintenance of DCS/PLC equipment plus its associated hardware system (Relay logic, instruments, sensors) and implementing necessary changes in software and hardware if process requirement changes. The DCS is based on network of connected PLC’s (around dozen) of make ABB, AC450 PLC and user interface with AS500 operator station. The DCS was installed by ISKRA Inc. working as subcontractor for Alstom. Reading engineering drawings to find out fault. Calibration of flow measuring system based on sonic and diaphragm based of different make e.g. Accusonic INC, Risonic 2000, Elletta, Rosemount etc.Calibration of level, pressure sensors of make Vega, Endrauss + Hasser, Rosemount etc. Maintenance and procurement of digital governor and its state of the art pressure system spare parts of make Voith Siemens which includes SAIA PLC PCD4, PCD2, all of its input sensor e.g inductive proximity sensor, proximity switches, different capacitive, inductive level and position sensor to a name few. During troubles analyzing the code, electrical as well as mechanical drawings of both digital governor and gov. pumping set panel.Maintenance of CCTV System comprising of 22 No’s different types of cameras.Maintenance of Koyo, Allen Bradley, Siemens Plc & DC Drives of overhead bridge cranes.My duties also include providing necessary training of software/hardware for smooth running of office IT work and giving training on PLC to newly inducted Engineers

I was also focal person in auctioning process۔ Storing of supplied items at safe place. Inputting data in ERP software of department for accounting process and billing purpose.
