Dr. John Idoko is a distinguished medical professional and academic leader with extensive expertise in internal medicine, infectious diseases, and the immunology of infections. With over four decades of experience, Dr. Idoko has held prominent positions, including Director General of the National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA) in Nigeria and Professor of Medicine and Infectious Diseases at the University of Jos. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Global Health at Northwestern University, USA.Dr. Idoko's contributions to HIV/AIDS research and policy have been pivotal in shaping Nigeria's response to the epidemic.
