As an Instructional Assistant Professor in Artificial Intelligence at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), I am passionate about teaching and advancing the field of computer vision through cutting-edge research and innovation.Before joining KAUST, I was a Junior Research Fellow at Lady Margaret Hall and Oxford Brookes University, and a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at the University of Oxford. I was part of the Torr Vision Group and the Visual Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, where I worked on various challenging and impactful projects, such as semantic segmentation, object detection, and scene understanding. I also collaborated with leading researchers and industry partners from different domains and disciplines.
