I split my time between industry, academia, creating impactful & transformational programs for senior leadership teams and executives. I specialise in organisational transformation through people; decision making, increasing productivity and achieving real and sustainable behavioural change through the power of neuroscience, psychology and behavioural economics. My business, psychology, and neuroscience background as well as my experiences working globally, help me challenge and enable current and future leaders to get the results they seek through maximising their potential and ultimate wellbeing. I believe that without my toughest learnings and experiences, I could not help others. There are things you cannot learn from books. My curious nature took me on a global journey where I had the privilege of gaining valuable experiences, working with senior executives from the most prestigious international corporations, entrepreneurs in charge of privately held and family-led enterprises as well as elite sport professionals, and even royalty. I set up the Harley Street Wellbeing Clinic where the focus is improving quality of life through the focus on personal development and learning valuable tools for life.I love bringing out the very best in everyone I work with, the most exciting part being contributing in any way I can towards a transformed and hopefully better future for all. Outside of the professional environment, I love to mix speed, the love of learning and physical exercise to bring my soul back to reality. Nothing makes me smile more than flying aerobatics.
