My duties are but not limited to : 1.Oversee the infrastructure of technical operations. This includes but is notlimited to: Identifying and recommending new technology solutions in order toachieve business goals, eliminate security risks, and maintain operations andsystems.2.Increase user satisfaction on the Chamber's digital portals (app, website, etc).3.Maintain quality service and cordial communication by managing theorganization’s help desk (internal, external, or both), as well as directing andsupporting the implementation of new software and hardware4.Maintain professional technical knowledge by attending educational workshopsand keeping up with the latest developments in your field.5.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
