Patricia is Professor of Management Education at Ashridge Executive Education Hult Business School and founder of B2B Insights. A Business Psychologist she writes, speaks and consults in the areas of leadership, executive education, sustainability, culture, change, coaching and team working. She is the author of 'The Sustainability Pocketbook' and the editor of 'Management Development that Works' and has published widely in both academic and practitioner publications. She has contributed to thought leadership research on working practices and employee engagement for organisations such as Vodafone.Her research interests include cross boundary collaboration, responsible leadership and best practice in executive education. Patricia is a Chartered psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, with an MSc in Organisational Psychology and a Doctorate in Managing without Authority. She has wide experience in the design, delivery and management of executive education, degree level programmes and organisational development interventions. Recently appointed a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Stellenbosch. Current research interests include the role of responsible leadership in embedding sustainable businesses practices in organisations. Past publications and conference papers have covered a wide range of issues, such as individual motivation, organisational downsizing and change and the management of 360 appraisal systems.
