Prof Dr Saadiah Mohamad Email and Phone Number
Prof Dr Saadiah Mohamad has joined University of Southampton Malaysia as Professor of Economics on 1st October 2021 and appinted as the university's first Head of Southampton Malaysia Business School. She is formerly a professor at the Faculty of Business and Management and prior to that The Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School, Universiti Teknologi MARA, (UiTM), Shah Alam Malaysia since 2010. She was a member (commissioner) of Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC) 2017-2020, chairing its Economic Committee, Expert Panel Committee on Research Grant as well as Expert Panel and Technical Committees on several Market Reviews under Competition Act 2010. She is also Honorary Professor of Universiti Selangor UNISEL and in 2020 co founded Forum Ekonomi Manusiawi ( Forum for a Humanistic Economy) and was appointed as its Deputy Chairman.
