I have 30 years of licensed Real Estate experience in Idaho. I have served in various positions including Sales Manager, Regional Director and am currently the Owner/Broker of my own company.I have worked for various franchises (Realty World, Coldwell Banker, John L. Scott, and RE/MAX) and therefore have been able to blend the best of each into my own new real estate model.Additionally, I have served as the Chair of the New Technology Committee for the Intermountain MLS, served as Vice President of the Ada County Association of Realtors in 2008, President Elect in 2009 and President in 2010. I served on their Board of Directors; as a State Director for the Idaho Association of Realtors; served on the Board of Directors for the Intermountain MLS Board in 2010 and am currently the President of the Idaho Chapter of the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS).I am an Instructor for the National Association of Realtors and am authorized to teach: Senior Residential Specialist designation (SRES); Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR); Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR); At Home With Diversity (AHWD); and am a Certified EPRO Trainer teaching other Realtors how to use technology within real estate.My goal is to have each side of my transaction very pleased with the result regardless of if I represent the buyer or the seller.
