Track and report on budget and spends. Work with legal & compliance other internal teams to finalize and resolve risk arising due to product deployment.

Run a 40 seat tele-sales call centre to on-board retail customers on behalf of HDFC life’s distribution partners. Actively reach out & on-board other distribution partners to the tele-sales model. Identify and implement projects to improve the efficiency of Tele-sales model. Ensure that the SLA & guidelines are adhered by the call centre. Ensure that call centre productivity & cost ratios remain within expected levels. Create a project team (across department/companies) & provide the project management framework. Re-engineer the process using inputs from field, technology vendors or other process improvement tools (Value stream mapping, As-is to be process, Lean methodologies etc).
