Jared Ashton Project Alchemy Music Email and Phone Number

It was China’s first Emperor who gave me the idea for Project Alchemy as a staple name for my band. Over 2000 years ago Qin Shi Huang had built The largest empire in the world thus far and planned the first great Wall to be built. He hired Alchemists to seek out the globe for rare artifacts and forced them with but one cause, “find the elixir of life and immortality”. What they brought to him was certainly rare at the time and must have come from the Gods, But was actually Mercury. This mysterious liquid/metal was then ingested in small amounts by Qin and eventually led to his death, not surprising. But this got me to thinking….He viewed this as the end all “Elixir” of life, something that would allow him to live forever. Now this is something that we have always as a species been curious about. So I feel that with today’s technology only seeming to grow, what better way to leave my foot print in this world long after I’m gone, speak my two cents and be able to communicate from the grave better than putting my music into the world. Give something of my own personal views and values to allow the people of earth to translate and opinionate at will. If nothing else maybe I would spark a conversation that would take hold and start something great?? Who knows right? I have always contributed music to be my own “Elixir” of my life.
