● Communication and tracking of all Supply Chain programs for menu innovation tests, LTO’s, distributor transitions. ● Point of contact for Canadian Distribution management including programs, cost reduction initiatives, and inventory resolution projects. ● Serve as Logistics liaison to internal departments and domestic / international distributors regarding logistics programs. ● Develop lean reporting and systems surrounding demand planning for internal departments, external vendors, and distributors utilizing developed macro templates. ● Create stream-lined program reporting to assist multi-departmental projects and stakeholder communication. ●Analyze and communicate progress of all menu tests, LTO’s, and other programs for accuracy and presentation.● Provide weekly and ad hoc tracking to internal and external customers and recommendations for inventory management ● Provide timely resolution of restaurant and distributor issues, domestically and internationally. ● Ensure compliance with NAFTA agreements between distributors and vendors. ● Execute brand strategy cost-save initiative.

● Manage a national multi-unit customer portfolio, providing support for LTOs, new product introduction, and other food programs. ● Analyze sales forecasting and seasonality for procurement teams to ensure proper LTO inventory management.● Provide support for internal and external clienteles regarding customer service, procurement, reporting, operational, and category marketing issues with detailed reporting and streamlined communication. ● Manage reporting information of credits, delivery averages, case sales, and current / obsolete inventory to create KPI summaries. ● Execute side-by-side and remote training to ensure continuous development.
