Key Initiative: Additionally, took upon the responsibility for defining and managing development and release (including process definition with additional 5+ team members) of customized UEI Quickset® Database for various global customers that currently accounts for around 30% of the total revenue. Got the team trained on new technology and updated the existing tool chain to migrate and store all Zilog data to UEI format in flat 6 months’ time after takeover.

As part of Organization’s Infrastructure development team of 15+ experienced professionals, involved in development of Embedded, Windows and Web-based infrastructure and customer facing Tools along with their databases for $80 Million Product Company reporting to Software Director (Corporate). Key Initiative: Within 3 months of joining, took independent charge and started building Infrastructure team from scratch. Responsibility included recruiting team members based on Product roadmap and mentoring team to work on common goal.1 year down the line, given additional responsibility to set up dedicated embedded database generation team. This was achieved successfully along with savings of $60K per annum (approx. 70%).2 years down the line, took up the challenge for building an in-house team of 50+ members (mix of Engineers and Technicians) for data gathering, analysis (including benchmarking) and validation for building IR database for the organization.
