Sales Tax:- *Dealing in Delhi, Haryana, and U.P. Sales Tax with regards to preparation of return, issuance af different forms, submission of returns of different forms, controlling and collaction of forms, preparation of different details / reconciliation as required at the time of assessement.Income Tax:- * Preparation of all type of details required by Income tax Department. * Preparation Of TDS Certificate and Returns.MIS:- * To develop Internal control, system and procedure. * Analysis of Monthly Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account with reasons of variations. * Preparation of Budget and comparision with actuals. * Fund Flow Statement * Preparation of various type of reports as required by the Private Equity Investor and top Management.
