Currently working as Technical Team Lead in Core Banking Upgradation Project which is a large scale project on different perspective i.e varieties of banking products, channels, integration, infrastructure, customer base.Agent Banking(Biometric) System merging with Existing Core Banking System. The purpose of the merging is to provide all types of CBS features & functionalities to migrated Agent Banking consumers with its existing services. Both the system provides different types of banking services to its large volume customer through different channels.

Responsibilities in Database and Application Administrator:-Installation, administration and manage Oracle Databases of UBS Core Banking Syestem, Rocket Mobile Banking, Agent Banking System, Remittance System, Document Management System in HP-UX,IBM AIX-Implementation of database and application changes as the part of active-active solution process. -Maintaining backup and recovery-Perform system tuning, security monitoring-Overall Database and application Performance Tuning and Capacity Monitoring-Update and configure bug fixing patch when required Responsibilities in Software development process:- Technical leadership towards the development of different software product- Gain business knowledge to be able to actively participate in specifying software solution for the bank business need.- Implement the best practices and coding standards- Write, build and maintain well-designed, reliable, reusable and efficient code- Collaborate the project owner (PO) in project coordination- Help to maintain code quality, organization, and automation- Participate in project planning sessions with the project manager, project owners, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline the proposed solutions.- Participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations; incorporate non-functional requirements (such as security, logging, tracing, auditing, architecture, etc.- Research and prototype new technologies - Review the code committed by pears and help to find and alleviating bugs and technical issues
