- Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and guidelines systems and tools making sure reward programs are effectively delivered.- Ensure compensation programs are consistently managed and program design is aligned to company reward strategies, business objectives and priorities, interna land external equity, market levels and trends.- Performing external benchmarking and follow up on reward trends, conducting analysis of data to ensure company reward practices maintain competitive.- Establishing compensation & benefits programs and payroll for subsidiary start-ups globally.- Managing and designing global employee benefit plans and insurances (pension, health, medical).- Designing and managing equity reward plans (stock options, RSU, stock plans,..)

International employment (expert level)- Advice concerning tax- and labour-law consequences related to work in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia (locals and assignees). - International assignment compensation packages practices, guidelines and policies - Social security and pension issues related to international assignments- Designing international assignment policies- Personal income tax obligations- Coordination of foreign tax issues - Advice concerning cross-border use (in Europe) of company cars- Audit international assignment proces and policy- Expat coordination (assignment package negociations, entrance meetings, pré visit, relocation service, …)Personal taxation - Advice concerning individual taxation (local Belgian tax law, double tax treaties, ABOS-ci., international employment, local tax law in other EMEA and Asian countries) - Income tax declarations - Member of the work group TOW-BNI at the Belgian tax authorities - Co-author Belgian tax legislation “mobility budget”- Ruling negotiations with the Belgian tax authorities- Very good knowledge of personal tax law Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, France, Luxemburg, UK Payroll- Management of expat files - Coordination of Belgian and foreign payroll in the event of salary split - Start-up employment abroad (several European and EMEA countries)
