Worked with Nahigian Strategies to create a Consumer Product Safety Commission proposal, Pallas Consulting to complete a Medicare proposal and Optum/United Healthcare to develop Medicaid-focused proposals including TANF, CHIP, LTSS, ABD, Foster Care, and Dual Eligibles.

Prepare proposals by determining concept, gathering, and formatting information, writing drafts, and obtaining approvals. Meet deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates. Write, revise, and edit drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials. Follow proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone. Activities include strategic planning, acquisition support, business transformation, project management and quality management (including quality assurance and independent verification and validation). Provides proposal management, develops content for sections, managed the graphics process, provided editing, assisted in process development for the team, and ensured proposal compliance. Developed a number of proposals directly related to Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), a method used to verify home healthcare visits to ensure patients are not neglected and to cut down on fraudulently documented home visits. Beginning January 1, 2020, home care agencies that provide personal care services must have an EVV solution in place or risk having their Medicaid claims denied, under a mandate included in the 21st Century Cures Act. Worked on EVV Proposals for CA, AL, CT, IL, MA, MN, ME and MO. Also worked on the NYC EZIOP (EZPASS) proposal, and a Utah Child Care Subsidy proposal. Worked with Teams, SharePoint and Office.
