Department: Expenditure Management Department

1. Prepare supply plan based on sales forecast considering bottlenecks.2. Follow up Demand supply plan (i.e: Inflow and outflow) and raise alarm for any deviation daily basis. 3. Prepare Stock & Delivery vs Order report across the organization.4. Cost visibility with effective reporting for functional decision.5. Prepare Project proposal for cost savings initiative.6. Distribution Network Analysis for Network Optimization.7. Consolidated team performance KPI report site wise and measure it and report accordingly.8. Manage OTIF (On time in Full) and enforce it in each site.9. Generate Barge and Truck queue (GIGO) report and challenge transport team for any deviations.10. Track the logistics contract status and generate alarm accordingly. 11. Track all the legal documents status and update quarterly.12. Follow- up Stock, Purchase Requisition & Service acceptance in SAP.

In charge- Inventory (Oct'13 to May'14)1. Raw-materials Demand and Supply Planning,2. Monitoring Clinker, Fly-ash (Bagged & Bulk), Limestone and Slag stock,3. Coordination with Production Team,4.
