I am responsible for entire quality control/ technical from development to shipment. I closely monitoring all kinds of sample development stage like proto, fit, PPS, SMS as well as top. Top mens, ladies, kids, baby & Disney department ( woven, knit), sample/fitting approval, pattern and grading, making size specifications, production including maintaining all chemical and physical testing procedure.

Each and everyday meeting with our quality team and if any technical problem discussion in this time. Evaluate the sample according to buyer's standard make a planing to meet the delivery date with the standard quantity level of garments

Each and everyday with quality team and dicuss with defect points, collect buyer approval sample including trim cards with all relevant comments for quality and production. Coordinate with cutting, sewing, finishing and Inspection team for daily status.
