As the Security and Compliance Manager for the entire Eastern Region, I have been entrusted with the critical responsibility of ensuring the security and software compliance of a vast network comprising over 55,000+ endpoints. Leveraging my expertise in cloud-based technologies such as SCCM, Intune, Desktop Central, and JAMF, I have effectively managed and maintained these endpoints remotely. My hands-on experience with a range of essential tools including Azure Intune Portal, ForcePoint DLP, CrowdStrike AV, Zscaler Private Access, McAfee Device Encryption, and BitLocker has allowed me to proactively address security vulnerabilities and enforce compliance standards. Through meticulous oversight and strategic utilization of cutting-edge security technologies, I have played a pivotal role in upholding the security posture and software compliance of the entire Eastern Region's infrastructure.

In my role as an IT Infrastructure Support specialist, I have had the privilege of serving numerous client projects and internal initiatives. Adhering to the ITIL framework, I have been instrumental in setting up projects, preparing Offshore Development Centers (ODCs), and providing valuable assistance to various projects by addressing IT-related issues. My experience in this capacity has allowed me to develop a keen understanding of the intricacies of IT infrastructure support, enabling me to effectively contribute to the success of diverse projects through proactive problem-solving and strategic support.
