John Stoner is a Licensed Independent Real Estate Broker in Colorado and a serial entrepreneur. Prior to real estate John spent 22 years in sales and marketing with more than seven years working for one of the longest running TV infomercials in history. John started his real estate career in Arizona as a residential agent and has earned his CRE certification. In 2004 John moved his family to Colorado Springs, Colorado and worked as an independent real estate broker. John also worked as a project manager in commercial construction and received his General A contractors license in Colorado. During his tenure in construction he was an Advisor on the Board of Directors for Landmark Construction in Sterling, CO. In 2009 John transitioned from his Project Management and Advisory duties at Landmark Construction Co., into his current asset management roll for a private Oil & Natural Gas Trust. During this time John instinctively saw an opportunity in the legal medical marijuana industry in Colorado and partnered with the Stanley Brothers proprietors of Charlottes Web. John was instrumental in securing the local zoning and permitting of their 50 + acre legal grow facility in Teller County Colorado. John is a Founding Member of Boulder Street Motor a 501c7 DIY Garage in Colorado Springs, John is a past President and current Board Member of The British Motorcycle Association of Colorado a Colorado 501c3, John is the Founder of Quarter Circle Properties a Colorado, LLC.John is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Prosper Maven LLC., a Private Equity Manager.
