Selected amongst the chosen 130 global emerging leaders from the reviewed 4,400 applications from over 89 countries for a transformational leadership development experience.For the next 1 year starting from September 2022, I will be engaged in an immersive leadership program, strengthen my global network, and get equipped with the expertise, conflict resolution skills, and resources to develop multisector approaches and engage communities in over 100 countries. Between September 5th - December 9, 2022, I participated in the US Practicum in Chicago, Illinois with Youth Technology Corps and received 10 refurbished computers and a visual tool - the camera from the boosters club at Evanston Township High school towards my post-practicum project beginning 2023 for the next 6 months. I received a completion certificate from the US Department of States and Continuing Education Units (CEUs) certificate from George Mason University at the End of the Program in Washington DC.

I participated in the Model UN Conference organised by the Life-Link tertiary Schools, Ghana where I served as a delegate of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The purpose of the simulation process is to help me familiarise myself with what goes on at the UN Headquarters and most importantly learn much about conflict resolution skills as well as drafting final resolution within the various bloc's in UN.

As the Ambassador for Our Future World, working with children in 7 selected schools in Battor, the North-Tongu District Capital of the Volta-Region of Ghana was very fascinating. Substation Maintenance (Project) - Entitled to work with a team of technicians to inject new transformers into new areas. Assisted to fill a traffo transformer with oil.Participated on a survey with the team of technicians on load monitoring where I checked the nature of the poles, the amount of load on each phases of the lines as well as recording the substation numbers. Used the mergger instrument to measure the high voltage on the 11kvA cable.
