Project: Nike Events Tool Platform • Contributed to continuous process efficiencies improvement for team daily work flows, through development of many tools and interfaces to track health stats of end-to-end test suite • Interact with Product Owners and development teams in daily scrum to groom stories, triage production issues, practicing Scrum and Kanban style agile development philosophy • Developed and maintained automation scripts (Selenium, Nightwatch) for Nike Events Tool web application

• Jointly conducted ESL classes with Korean teachers for the first six months, then transitioned into independent teaching. Responsible for preparing teaching materials and lesson plans for English classes and developing and creating materials and activities related to English language education, including creating and editing midterm and final exams, judging English contests, and leading intensive English camps during school vacation period. • Taught 1st to 6th grade, managing a classroom of ~35 mixed level students. Utilized a dynamic, interactive, and cooperative approach to language learning by combining Total Physical Response and Communicative Language Teaching principles • Supported the English department through maintenance and encouraging use of the English Zone and materials, including the library, English related board games, and role-play area.

• Supported Loring-Nicollet Alternative High School and MERC Alternative Middle School with daily operations by monitoring people coming in and out of building, answering phone calls, check and respond to school related emails, and organizing supplies. • Directly assisted students in completing My Life Plans (MLPs), as required by Minneapolis Public Schools. Expanded opportunities for students by arranging college tours and visiting local community colleges and universities, discussing Post-Secondary Education Options, organizing individual and group financial aid information/workshops, assisted students with registering and studying for the ACT/SAT • Provided assistance to teachers through general classroom assistance and leading yoga and art classes, holding individual or small group reading or math study sessions • Encouraged student participation through after school activities such as creative writing circle and cooking club.
