Set the team up for success with the right direction, resources and skill set to achieve aligned business goals. Develop a regular cadence of review to build accountability and accelerate progress.Define and own the Bhubaneshwar Center strategic roadmap: Comprehensively understand Comviva’s present, and desired future of the expansion business. Leverage my past experiences, the current functional domains and broader Comviva corporate teams to define the Bhubaneshwar Center expansion roadmap as guidance to how we operate; effective in the short-term and scalable over the long-term.Cross-functional thought leadership: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet objectives around product experience, growth, and scalability.Manage operations: Drive day-to-day execution to successfully launch and grow in current and new markets. This involves being hands-on with end-to-end of product delivery. Build a legacy: play a critical role in building upon the core foundation of this new center.
