Managed the efforts to create a new visual language for Transifex, ensuring consistency between product and marketing functions. Led a successful initiative to improve user onboarding and activation.

As the lead product designer I was responsible for the user interface and interaction design of the company product across all mediums. I successfully planned and executed the redesign and relaunch of the widely acclaimed web application, after performing research on the target market, analyzing the design goal in communication with the product team, as well as going through rapid iterations of prototyping, wireframing and both online as well as offline user testing. Ultimately, our effort as product team led to a 40x product growth over 2 years, followed by an acquisition by Delivery Hero.

I worked with Welcome from conception to the initial product launch, managing product design across all platforms and verticals, and ultimately delivered a state of the art, digital-first experience for travellers arriving to their destination.
