I am working as an Assistant Officer at IFIC Bank, where I have been working for the past One & half years. I am currently assigned to the Alternative Delivery Channel department, specifically the Settlement & Dispute Management System unit. In this role, I am responsible for processing and settling customer transactions, as well as investigating and resolving disputes. I have a strong understanding of the bank's policies and procedures, as well as the different types of customer transactions. I am also proficient in using the bank's internal systems and software. I am a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. I am confident that I can make a significant contribution to My organization.I am a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong interest in Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) technology. I have a Bachelor's degree in CSE from NorthSouth University, where my final project was on the development of a UAV. I have also worked as a volunteer for various educational and social organizations since 2013. In 2014, I founded a social development organization called "Tarunna", which works to educate underprivileged children in Mymensingh. I have also been actively involved in blood donation organizations.I am a quick learner and I am always eager to take on new challenges.
