Three members are working in my team to execution my current business.Have goods knowledge to maintain proper Critical path to keep customers garment Delivery date considering customer given capacity booking vs. confirmed quantity.Have knowledge to maintain strategic Planning to achieve internal target to give External (Buyer and Supplier) support for smooth business.During order development period I do product analysis along with our technical team and IE team to avoid any less productivity during production so that production planning can be support to meet customer delivery date. If need any technical things then liaison with buyer technical team and our technical team physically and video conference call to minimize the issues. Sourcing for new customer, new supplier for raw materials in overseas and locally, for new fashions etc. Have good idea for planning to make production on time considering various products at a Time. Liaison with commercial team import and export dept to keep good supply chain in daily progress. Have goods knowledge about import commercial documentation in various when needful. Have good knowledge about product development, costing, (FOB, CMT, CM basis etc) to Shipment on time as per Buyer requirement. Have goods knowledge about current fabrics prices, lining, buttons prices and other item of formals suits items.Have goods communication with buyer about order negotiation, current order update payment realization after completed Shipment etc.Currently I am dealing customer: P&C through IB Company Germany along with various brand, S'Oliver (Germany), A&D Hope Ltd (Along with various brand) UK market.

Duties/Responsibilities: Critical Path/ TNA management between factories and customers specifically for tailoring Item Jacket, Trouser, Waistcoat, chino (Formal/Casual ware).Have ability to work under variety ERP software to report to the top management about current order`s capacity, sales, forecast and production capacity management via software.I have knowledge for current fabrics, Lining Prices and other trims accessories of tailoring item prices etc, Technically sound and have good knowledge for garment costing, manufacturing process.I am working here with Tesco, Matalan, Next, BHS, Debenhams, Arcadia (Topman, Burtons), Slaters of tailoring dept ( at a time with variety factories.Day to day communication with customer and factory for smooth working way.Have good knowledge for planning with existing order with factory to meet customers required shipment date. Have ability to make the QC/Inspection file with proper documents and customer`s required with all approval.

* Pricing - costing all kinds of Yarn (Local and Foreign), Fabrics (Local and foreign), Print, Embroidery, Wash, Sequin, Stone, Zipper, all kind of accessories (Label Ticket) with local and foreign supplier. * Worked with MATALAN RETAIL LTD (Ladies, Children, Toddler) (UK), MARKS AND SPENCER (UK), PACIFIC BRAND (Australian, ALDI SH (SUD) AND NORTH (Germany), PRENATAL SPA (Italian), Arsenal Football Club (UK) etc.* Independently handled the buyers of UK, Italian, Germany, and Australian Market.* Manage all kinds of product development according to production assistance.* Wish to work with a good teamwork. * I have also working experience to make a critical path, Time & action plan, also production planning for individuals orders.* Having production planning realistic concept against buyer’s expecting ship date with existing quantity, Item with the best quality.* Follow-up with knitting and dyeing with very closely, technically about deferent fabric construction as buyer required. * Good follow-up with all kinds of Garments development, critical operation of print, embroidery, Garment washes, Critical Trim ETC.* I have good knowledge regarding critical Garments products. I have a lot of experience i.e. how to it easier for production line.* I have a good communicating skill with honorable buyer politely and gently if need technically.* I have a lot of working energy under pressure with various buyers.* I have also experience with software base working environment.* I have worked as a Hardware Engineer and Sales / Service Executive in Microdill Computers at IDB Bhaban (Bangladesh Computer City) from 15th December 2002 till 28th February 2004.* Have to better knowledge in verity computer operation with work related.* Completed extensive computer training courses that promoted to provide excellent service to every guest through both individual.

I have dealt there an UK buyer MATALAN retail ltd as a leader.From Development to Shipment and payment realization.Have Good idea about Knitting dyeing, Various Printing, Embrodery, wash etc.Have Good knowledge about planning with relevant department to inhouse the materials on time.I was able to make Time and action plan to make on time shipment.I was capable to contact with buyer directly on daily basis.
