- Developed a collaborative work environment and managed a strong team of educators. - Designed and constructed numerous educational camp facilities e.g. rope course, outdoor classrooms, archery range, greenhouse, and amphitheater. - Oversaw numerous successful AmeriCorps NCCC teams, 2016, 17, & 18- Developed and built new partnerships with over 30 schools and 12 districts across the Phoenix metro valley. _ Successfully taught and introduced over 3000 students to the natural wonder of the Tonto National Forest each year.

A craft and skill-based position constructing and developing hand upholstered artisan furniture. While working with BDDW I was able to implement and streamline a fabric inventory system to minimizing fabric waste and maximizing project efficiency, saving company recrudesces, time and money. As well as help to cultivate a work environment of mutual respect across a team of multiple languages and skill levels.

Responsible for concept iteration, materials and color selection for the Calvin Klein team. Learned to and developed technical assembly specification and frame blueprints for manufacturing over seas. Took part in meetings and design reviews with heads of the Calvin Klein design team, brought their visions through product development and initial prototyping phases.
