As a member of the Auto Show Team, I provide project support for 30+ US & Canadian auto shows. This includes ordering event services (labor, internet, equipment & drayage) at venues across the country, overseeing travel bookings for both technicians & account team, and reconciling final invoices with vendors. Paying close attention to budgets, I track past year's actuals to current orders, alerting PMs to any distinct overages, helping to maintain financial expectations. I resolve discrepancies in finals with vendors directly. Because I handle the Canadian auto shows, there is additional paperwork requirements, currency conversions, and different processes that are followed. In my time with Bluewater, I have helped streamline that aspect of our processes for efficiencies. Much of my duties are dependent on great communication with our PMs and technicians in the field.Beyond the minute details of my day-to day work, I have fostered relationships with various event management companies and vendors to help Bluewater provide the very best auto show experience for our clients and their customers

As a Project Coordinator, I worked side-by-side with a Senior Project Manager to deliver a premium customer experience start to finish. With an open project portfolio regularly over $3M, there wasn't much about a project that I didn't have a hand in. From scheduling kick-off calls, putting in orders, scheduling technicians, discussing project overviews with engineers & programmers, and reaching out to the clients for information, I was able to actively participate in projects from the moment they were assigned to the SPM through to the completion of installation. I was able to be an informed secondary contact for everyone involved in the project; clients, engineers, technicians, etc. Part of my specific tasking was making sure that call notes, files, scope, and any other pertinent information was transferred into OneNote for a seamless delivery between coordinator and SPM.

As the Senior Operations Coordinator, I am a jack of all trades. On a nightly basis, I am directing the live harness racing production and overseeing the uplink simulcast product being sent to other race tracks. In addition to the live broadcast, I am hiring and scheduling the crew for the daily simulcasting operations, updating and distributing the weekly channel and sporting event schedule, and coordinating with the casino A/V manager on special projects and routine equipment maintenance. I am constantly monitoring that all equipment is in good working order and reporting any issues to the appropriate channels. Should any equipment go down during broadcast, I was responsible for trouble-shooting the issue and working toward a resolution with management and/or engineering.Throughout my career with SVT, I have consistently delivered superior client satisfaction on every level. Starting as a part-time control room operator, I learned the basics and have continued to be promoted through the ranks. I have moved from smaller tracks to larger operations, all the while gaining more responsibility at each new location. I have been lucky enough to work with some very talented and smart individuals along the way and hopefully, learned quite a bit from them.
