Sitting atop a new micro-services core, this design enabled the shift from simple capture and delivery of messages for regulatory compliance to a sophisticated, multi-layered analytics engine capable of customer configurable analytics pathways. These pathways can be customized to leverage NLP, AI, statistical analysis & probability, etc. to create any number of monetizable services (both active & passive) and maximize ROI.

This includes a ground-up redesign of our flagship product, as well as mobile initiatives to expand the reach of our products with native interfaces on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.Developed an iPad app designed to provide real-time access to clinical trial data via a custom API to Nextrials' flagship Prism EDC system. Founded and built a nationwide ISP. Led through the High Tech downturn and against competition from the likes of AT&T, Comcast, etc. Expanded from an "access only" model to a small business centric model which included services such as connectivity, hosting, online backup, VOIP, PBX systems, etc. Integrated commercial off-the-shelf software systems with custom back-end and middleware to create cross-platform systems to manage users and accounts.Highlights- Crafted a unified interface for multiple technologies & systems using custom code.- Boosted profits by designing a distributed environment in which both costs were reduced and system speed increased.- Creatively downsized core operations for a 10 fold savings.

Managed information systems design for multiple U.S. Navy customers. Scope included marketing, requirements analysis, specification & system design, programming, documentation, testing/QA, implementation, delivery, training, maintenance, & CRM. Responsible for all aspects of information system life cycle from inception to implementation. Identified the need for, assembled, and managed a team to analyze and integrate related military information systems in order to increase the efficiency of data flow and avoid expense of costly, redundant, design efforts. Created requirements specification documents, data element dictionaries, marketing presentations, user's guides, and system administration manuals as part of deliverable.Highlights- Pioneered use of desktop publishing standards in creation of Naval Information Technology Center technical documentation.- Managed Core US Navy MIS projects.- Led a team to transform a static, burdensome reporting system into a secure Intranet system with real-time updates.
